CLARITY NAP projects

The National Access Programme (NAP) provides researchers in all Irish Universities, Institutes of Technology and Research Institutes with fully funded access to the Tyndall National Institutes' facilities and expertise. In the last few years, there have been a number of successful NAP proposals submitted by CLARITY researchers, including:

·         “Sweat Sensor for Sports Physiological Monitoring” Dr. Shirley Coyle, Dr. Fernando Benito-Lopez, Prof. Dermot Diamond

·         “Energy-aware Intelligent Wireless Sensor Networks” Richard Tynan, Michael O’Grady, Gregory O’Hare
“Spatially Augmented Audio Presentation” Prof. Alan F. Smeaton/Graham Healy

·         “Polymer-based ion-selective electrodes in wireless sensing networks for water quality monitoring” Dr. Aleksandar Radu & Prof. Dermot Diamond

·         “Estimating Tennis Player Motion via Inertial and Visual Sensing” Dr. Ciarán Ó Conaire
